The investigators charged Vyacheslav Dudka, until recently the Governor of the Tula Region, with taking a $1.3 mln bribe for passing a land plot to a corporation for supermarket construction. Dudka denies wrongdoing. The court is to decide whether to arrest ex-governor within a couple of days.
