The Russian State Duma (parliament’s lower chamber) adopted a bill introducing criminal liability for price-fixing agreements (up to three years of imprisonment). Until now, the liability was limited to administrative fines. Now, to enter into force, the bill must be approved by the upper chamber and signed by President.
