Cyprus Extradites U.S. Citizen to Russia

Cyprus authorities extradited Russian-born U.S. citizen Dmitry Kotlyarenko to Russia, where he is accused of stealing some $1 bln from the funds of the Moscow Region. Allegedly, high-ranking Moscow Region officials were Kotlyarenko’s accomplices.
