Russian Banker Flees to London

According to media reports, Andrey Borodin, the president of the powerful Bank of Moscow, has fled to London fearing imminent arrest and prosecution in Russia. The Bank was created by former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov and grew to become the fifth largest in the country.
