Russian Pilot on Trial in U.S.

Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko is on trial in New York for alleged international drug trafficking. He was captured by U.S. agents in Liberia last year and has been detained in the U.S. ever since. “The judge is laughing all the time for some reason. I do not understand English, and not all the words were translated for me. Here in America, everybody smiles, but you do not know what is on their minds,” Yaroshenko’s wife complained to journalists.
