YouTube shut down the account of the Russian Foreign Ministry and posted a notice, "YouTube account 'midrftube' has been terminated because we received multiple third-party notifications of copyright infringement from claimants including Krasnyi Kvadrat and All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company RTR." The Ministry called this a "technical mistake" and said the account will be active again soon.
